Are the distressed panels actually sheer?
Yes. The ripped sections are backed with sheer mesh, so you get the look of exposed panels with more coverage than fully open tears.
Do these trousers fit wide-leg or straight?
They read as a relaxed wide-leg fit. The leg falls loose from the hip and looks fuller at the hem than a true straight pair.
Will the hem sit long?
