These Terms of Service govern your use of the 4Stagioni website and your purchase of products from us.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms reduces your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

4Stagioni is an online clothing store operated by Antonio Aciobanitei and Ahmed Alman, trading as Fourstagioni, a partnership based in the United Kingdom.

We are not currently registered for VAT.
## Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order with us.
## Products
We sell women's clothing and accessories.
We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately. However, slight variations in colour, size, fit, fabric, and measurement may occur. Product colours may appear differently depending on your screen or device settings.
Sizes are shown using UK sizing where available, with measurements in centimetres where available.
You are responsible for checking the product description, size information, delivery details, and order details before placing your order.
## How a contract is formed
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket.
We will send an order confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your order. This email does not mean your order has been accepted.
A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods to you.
If we cannot fulfil your order, for example because an item is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we cannot deliver to your address, we will let you know and refund any payment you have made for the affected item or order.
Before you place your order, you can review the items in your basket and correct any input errors, including your delivery details.
We will acknowledge receipt of your order by email without undue delay.
The contract can be concluded in English.
We will send you the order details and these Terms in a form you can save or print. If you create an account, you may be able to view your order history through your account. Otherwise, please keep your confirmation email for your records.
## Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).
We are not currently registered for VAT.
Depending on the value of your order and where the goods are shipped from, import VAT, customs duties, or other charges may apply. Where we are required to collect tax at checkout, this will be shown before you place your order.
We try to ensure all prices are accurate. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you wish to continue at the correct price. If you do not wish to continue, or if we cannot contact you, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment made.
Payment is taken securely at checkout through our payment provider.
We do not see or store your full card details.
## Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you place your order. From time to time, we may offer free delivery through a discount code, promotion, or other offer.
Standard delivery normally takes 7–14 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by busy periods, carrier delays, customs processes, supplier issues, or other events outside our control.

## Overseas fulfilment
Some products may be sourced, packed, or shipped by overseas fulfilment partners.
This means that parcels may arrive from outside the United Kingdom and the sender address on the parcel may not be our return address.
Please do not send returns to the sender address on the parcel unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
## Cancellation, returns, and refunds
As a consumer buying at a distance, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day after receiving your goods, and then a further 14 days to return them after telling us you wish to cancel, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Your statutory rights for faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 also apply.

## Faulty or misdescribed goods
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at **admin@fourstagioni.com** with your order number and details of the issue.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods.
## Acceptable use
You agree not to use our website:
- for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- to interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the website;
- to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
- to upload or transmit malicious code;
- to misuse our content, services, or checkout.
We may suspend or withdraw access to the website if you breach these Terms or misuse the website.
## Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, design, layout, and branding, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without our permission.
## Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject to that, we are not liable for:
- losses that were not foreseeable;
- losses caused by your breach of these Terms;
- losses caused by your misuse of our products or website;
- business losses, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, or loss of opportunity.
Our products are supplied for personal consumer use only and not for commercial resale unless we agree otherwise in writing.
## Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
This may include carrier delays, supplier delays, customs delays, extreme weather, strikes, technical failures, or other disruptions beyond our control.
If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
## Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
This does not affect your rights as a consumer to rely on the law and courts of the part of the UK in which you live.
