# Refund & Returns Policy

Nothing in this policy reduces your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This policy works alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

## Your right to cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day after you receive your goods. After you tell us you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

You should include your order number, name, and the item you want to return.

## Return condition

Items should be returned in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused except for trying them on for size, with tags and original packaging where reasonably possible.

We may reduce your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and fit.

You will also need proof of order, such as your order number or order confirmation email.

## Return address and instructions

Return instructions are provided on a case-by-case basis. Once you contact us with your order number, we will reply with the correct return address and any specific instructions for your item.

Please do not return items to the sender address on the parcel, as our fulfilment centre may be overseas and parcels returned there may not be processed correctly.

Please contact us first so we can provide the correct returns address and instructions for your item. This does not affect your legal right to cancel by any clear statement within the cancellation period.

## Return postage

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described.

If the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, we will cover the reasonable cost of return postage or provide another suitable solution.

We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage. Until we receive the goods back, the parcel remains your responsibility.

## Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Email us at **admin@fourstagioni.com** with your order number and, where possible, photos of the issue so we can assess the problem and make it right.

Your statutory rights for faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods are not affected by this policy.

## Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons, including:

- sealed underwear and swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed or the item has been worn against the skin;
- pierced jewellery that has been unsealed;
- items that have been made to your specification or clearly personalised;
- gift cards.

These exemptions do not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

## Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to get a different size, colour, or item is to return the item you have, and then place a separate order for the new item once your return has been accepted.

## Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.

If your refund is approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods back, or within 14 days of you providing evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Please remember that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Where you originally paid for delivery, we will refund the standard, cheapest delivery cost we offered. If you received free delivery through a discount code, promotion, or other offer, there may be no outbound delivery charge to refund. If you chose an upgraded delivery option, only the standard delivery cost is refundable.

If you have not received your refund within 14 days of us receiving the goods back, or within 14 days of you giving us proof of return where earlier, please contact us at **admin@fourstagioni.com**.
