This Shipping Policy explains how and when we deliver your order.
Nothing in this policy reduces your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
## Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
If we are unable to deliver to your area, we will let you know and refund your order in full.
## Delivery cost
Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you place your order.
From time to time, we may offer free delivery through a discount code, promotion, or other offer. Free delivery only applies where it is shown at checkout or where a valid free delivery discount code has been applied successfully before you place your order.
## Delivery time
Standard UK delivery normally takes 7–14 working days from the day you place your order.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
These timescales are estimates. While delays are rare, they can happen during busy periods or for reasons outside our control.
If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
## Order processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days.
Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.
You will receive an email confirming your order, and a further update once your order is on its way.
## Overseas fulfilment
Some products may be sourced, packed, or shipped by overseas fulfilment partners.
This means your parcel may arrive from outside the United Kingdom and the sender address on the parcel may not be our return address.

## Tracking
Where tracking is available, we will send you tracking details by email so you can follow your parcel's progress.
Tracking availability may depend on the carrier, product, and fulfilment partner.
## Delays and lost parcels

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer to resend your order or refund you in full.
## Delivery address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete when you place your order.
We cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided by you.
