Measurements are body measurements in cm. If your hips are fuller, the flared waist seam gives more ease than a straight-cut blazer at the hem.

Can I wear it buttoned as a top?

Yes. The square neckline sits high enough to wear this piece on its own, and the asymmetric front makes it look intentional rather than like an open jacket over a missing layer.

Is the white fabric see-through?

No. This is a structured blazer fabric rather than a sheer blouse fabric, so the body reads opaque in the product images. A smooth nude bra works best with the square neckline.
