Does the neckline sit very low?

It is designed to sit wide and soft across the collarbone, naturally dropping to one shoulder. Choosing your usual size gives the relaxed look shown in the images.

Is the fabric thick or clingy?

No. This is a lightweight stretch jersey rather than a chunky jumper fabric, which is why it hangs smoothly and layers easily under jackets.

Will it cover the waistband?

Yes. The longer top length and softly narrowed hem give you coverage over jeans or leggings, and it can still be half-tucked at the front if you want a more defined shape.
