Can you adjust the neckline?

Yes. The front tie lets you slightly tighten or loosen the gathered bust, but the plunge shape and centre cut-out are still part of the look.

Is the leg cut very high?

It has a distinctly high-leg finish, which is what gives it that elongated, sculpted line in the product photos. If you prefer more coverage through the hip, size up.

Does the fabric have much stretch?

It has light stretch from the 5% spandex blend, so it feels fitted rather than rigid. Expect hold through the waist and bust rather than a loose drape.
